Terms of Use
Effective September 13, 2026. These terms govern use of Get Compliance RX.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using the Get Compliance RX website, content, demonstrations, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. A separate signed customer agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Permitted use
You may use the website and services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions of the services, use automated means that create an unreasonable load, or misrepresent an affiliation with Get Compliance RX.
Accounts and customer data
Where account or upload functions are provided under a customer agreement, you are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, credential security, lawful instructions, and having all rights and permissions needed for submitted data. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Analytics and decision-support disclaimer
Get Compliance RX is designed to provide analytics, organization, and decision support. It does not provide legal, PBM-contract, regulatory, accounting, or clinical advice. Outputs, flags, comparisons, estimates, and reports require independent review by qualified pharmacy, legal, regulatory, accounting, or clinical professionals as appropriate.
No guarantees
Illustrative examples do not promise a specific result, recovery, savings amount, audit outcome, accuracy rate, reimbursement level, or compliance status. BIN and PCN analysis is based on information present in supplied records and is not a universal or authoritative PCN registry.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, design, text, and demonstrations are owned by or licensed to Get Compliance RX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership rights.
Third-party services
References to pharmacy systems, wholesalers, PBMs, or other organizations are descriptive only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, integration availability, or affiliation.
Plans and payments
Plan features, usage limits, fees, billing intervals, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are those displayed or agreed at purchase. Taxes may apply. Customer-specific order forms or agreements may include additional terms.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, nonpayment, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the website at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
The website, demonstrations, and services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Get Compliance RX disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Get Compliance RX from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your customer data, or your material violation of these terms.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Applicable law and venue are determined by controlling law and any signed customer agreement. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
